A couple years back I converted an unsalvageable Victorian paste necklace into some earrings. Last week I was going through an old box in the safe and discovered I had more pieces leftover, so our jeweler made up three more pairs. They’re incredibly convincing looking— like nice big glowing emeralds. The paste is foil back and set in silver. The wires are new and 14K yellow gold. $360/pair
